Description

Featuring a 32-bit ARM CPU with a 512K Internal Cache and 16M Memory for cutting job buffering, this cutting system offers precision with a Stepper Motor Driving System operating at 0.0254mm per step. Utilizing household 220V electricity, it is compatible with generators through the Precision AVR. The system uses Roland® compatible blades, and 3 free blades are included.

Capable of cutting 5mm high English letters, it offers adjustable cutting/plotting speed from 20mm to 800mm per second and cutting pressure from 20g to 1000g. The cutting thickness on normal vinyl is 0.1mm up to 1mm, facilitated by a high friction steel grit roller for accurate feeding on heavy vinyl.

The machine boasts a mechanical resolution of 0.0254mm and repeatable precision of 0.0127mm. Featuring real high-speed USB 2.0 by STMicroelectronics, it is plug and play on Windows XP, 7, 8, 10. An RS232 COM port is provided for backward compatibility with old Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. It can be installed as a Windows printer on Windows 7, Win8, and Win10. Supporting standard HPGL and DMPL language, it can function as an AutoCAD plotter.

The generous working area is 800mm, including a 710mm cutting area. The system is equipped with a high friction steel grit roller for precise vinyl feeding, particularly on heavy vinyl. Capable of direct cutting .PLT files from an SD card, no computer connection is required. The system supports manual contour cutting, achieving better accuracy and convenience with a laser eye pointer holder.

Note: This Vinyl Cutter is not suitable for sandblasting vinyl and thick reflecting vinyl; consider the Vinyl Smart for such applications. The system includes a professional sign cutting software capable of controlling the vinyl cutter for both normal cutting and contour cutting.
