The Automatic Contour Cutting Vinyl Cutter is equipped with a 32-bit ARM CPU featuring a 4M Internal Cache and 16M Memory for secure Cutting Job Storage, ensuring data retention even after power loss. It supports the Repeat Cutting Function for the last job, employing a Microstepping Stepper Motor Driving System with a precision of 0.005mm per step. The main chassis and stand are constructed from durable Aluminum Alloy, backed by a one-year warranty. Powered by household 220V electricity and compatible with generators through a Precision AVR, the cutter utilizes Roland® Compatible Blades with 5 included for versatility. It can cut letters as small as 2mm in height, with a cutting speed ranging from 50 to 500mm per second and an adjustable cutting pressure from 5 to 1000 grams. The cutting thickness on normal vinyl extends from 0.05mm to 2mm, facilitated by two-level pressure pinch rollers. The machine boasts a mechanical resolution and repeatable precision of 0.005mm, featuring USB connectivity for compatibility with all Windows versions, Mac, and Linux. It can be installed as a printer for various programs, such as CorelDRAW™, supporting Standard HPGL and DMPL languages and functioning as an AutoCAD™ Plotter.
