RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At SourcePrinting, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products and services. Please take note of our return and refund policy outlined below:
1. No Returns on Custom Orders: All goods are manufactured and printed on order, therefore, returns are not allowed. We strive to ensure accuracy and quality in every order.
2. Artwork Approval Process: Before production commences, we will send you a proof of your artwork for review and approval. It’s essential to carefully review the artwork proof for design, spelling, and colors. Once approved, unless the delivered product differs from the signed proof, SourcePrinting is not liable for any claims regarding product acceptability.
3. Faulty Product Notification: Upon delivery or collection, please thoroughly inspect your order. Any faults or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection, or it will be considered as accepted.
4. Cancellation of Orders: Receipt of deposit confirms the order. A 25% cancellation fee applies to confirmed orders if canceled before printing commences. If printing has begun, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
5. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that certain circumstances may warrant exceptions. Please note that personalized or made-to-order products, perishable items, and products that have been branded cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Handling Returns: If a return is approved, it must be done within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging with all accessories. Refunds or credit notes will be issued after careful inspection of returned products.
7. Reporting Issues: Any problems with an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for exchange or refund.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to specific terms outlined in our policy, including handling/admin fees and deadlines for cancellation. Final artwork approval signifies acceptance of the order, and cancellations may not be accepted thereafter.
9. Warranties: Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and malfunctions, excluding wear and tear. Any alterations to products or misuse void warranty coverage.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Receipt of deposit will be regarded as confirmation of order.
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders if cancelled before printing commenced. If printing commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
