At SourcePrinting, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. To provide clarity and support, we have outlined our comprehensive return and refund policy below.

1. Custom Orders

All our goods are manufactured and printed on order to meet your specific needs. Therefore, returns are not allowed on custom orders. We strive to ensure the highest accuracy and quality in every order.

2. Artwork Approval Process

Prior to production, we will send you a proof of your artwork for review and approval. It is essential to carefully examine the artwork proof for design, spelling, and colors. Once you approve the proof, unless the delivered product significantly differs from the signed proof, SourcePrinting is not liable for any claims regarding product acceptability.

3. Inspection and Fault Notification

Upon delivery or collection, please inspect your order thoroughly. Any faults or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of delivery or collection. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the product.

4. Order Cancellation

Receipt of deposit confirms your order. Should you wish to cancel a confirmed order before printing commences, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. If printing has already begun, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This policy ensures that we cover the costs incurred in the preparation and production stages.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that certain circumstances may warrant exceptions to our standard policy. Personalized or made-to-order products, perishable items, and branded products cannot be returned unless faulty. We evaluate each case individually to provide fair resolutions.

6. Handling Returns

If a return is approved, it must be completed within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Refunds or credit notes will be issued after a careful inspection of the returned products. Any signs of use or damage may affect the eligibility for a refund or credit.

7. Reporting Issues

Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange or refund. Prompt reporting allows us to address the problem swiftly and ensure your satisfaction.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to specific terms outlined in our policy, including handling and administrative fees and deadlines for cancellation. Once you approve the final artwork, it signifies acceptance of the order, and cancellations may not be accepted thereafter.

9. Warranties

Our products come with warranties that cover manufacturing defects and malfunctions, excluding normal wear and tear. Any alterations or misuse of the products will void the warranty coverage. We are dedicated to providing quality products and support throughout the warranty period.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable. Please ensure you are aware of the return eligibility of your product before purchase.

  3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

  4. Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

  5. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
