How to Press Heat Transfer Vinyl onto a Cap:

1. Prepare Artwork: Create cut lines in reverse.
2. Cut the Vinyl: Use a high-quality heat transfer vinyl and a vinyl cutter to cut the artwork, ensuring not to use overly small details.
3. Weed the Design: Carefully weed out excess vinyl for a clean transfer.
4. Set the Cap Press: Heat to 180°C and set the timer to 15 seconds.
5. Position the Cap: Place the cap on the press, stretching it over the curved mold.
6. Apply the Transfer: Position the vinyl, cover with a Teflon sheet, and press for 15 seconds.
7. Cold Peel & Repress: Once pressed, cold peel the backing paper, set the timer to 20 seconds, and repress to secure the adhesive.
