• – This machine is specially designed for one color T-shirt screen printing because of its dedicated T-shirt pallet which can guarantee accurate positioning and great printing effect.
• – It can also be applied to printing on substrates which need overprinting, such as pillowcase, bag, non-woven bags and so on.
• – Special design of spring devices in screen adjusting up and down makes it easier for the user operations according to the sizes and weight of the screens, which guarantees proper spring intensity to avoid squeegees expelling and inks splashing in higher intensity and screen unfixing because of higher weight of screen frames and squeegees in loose intensity.
• – Screen clamp can be moved up and down, which is suitable for screen frame within 2cm thickness.
• – This machine adopts full metal structure and all parts are stainless steel materials, which is in advanced electrostatic spraying, elegant appearance, convenient in cleaning and no rust.

It is important to note that this machine needs to be fixed onto a table with screws.

• This 1 color 1 station silk screen printing machine is made of steel plate with advanced electrostatic spray surface treatment, With attachment material of stainless steel or Zinc plating, Nickel plating. which is durable and easy to clean.This screen printing machine is easy to clean and can withstand years of use.
• According to the thickness of the screen printing frame, the Screen frame clamp could be adjusted up & down within 5cm.Pallet could be adjusted back and forth within 10cm.The attached full set of hand tools will help you finish the installation without effort.
• The screen printing device is equipped with two thickened springs, which can adjust the spring tension for screen frames of different weights to maintain balance and stability. It comes with bracket for you to fix the platen onto the pallet.Please note the screen frame shown in the picture are not included.You need to fix the bracket onto the platen. Then you can mount the platen onto the machine. It allows you adjust the platen easily in this way.
