Mug Presentation Box

This presentation box is designed to hold and transport mugs while also showcasing them in a stylish and functional manner. Made of thin cardboard, the box includes die-cut handles for easy carrying, and blister tabs to securely hold the mug in place. The exterior features a white gloss finish, making it ideal for sublimation printing, while the inside has a matte white finish.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Place the mug on the base.
2. Insert the tabs of each window into the interior to secure the mug.
3. Lift the sides until the handles meet.
4. Use adhesives, tape, staples, or jute twine to close the box.

• Use additional adhesives (tape, staples, jute twine) for extra closure.
• The box’s sublimation film may yellow at temperatures above 150°C. To reduce yellowing:
  • Iron the surface evenly.
  • Use sublimation paper with a 100-105 g/m² grammage.
  • Print a full design to cover the background.

Recommended Sublimation Printing Parameters:

1. Mirror print the design.
2. Preheat press to 160°C.
3. Pre-press the blister upside down for 10 seconds to remove humidity.
4. Place the blister on the press with the shiny side up.
5. Secure the printed sublimation paper with heat-sensitive tape.
6. Press with medium pressure for 80 seconds.
7. Remove the blister carefully using a protective glove and peel off the paper.
